Report a translation problem
For example: On a foe with 40 PA, 0 MA and 50 HP, dealing 19 fire damage will do 19 damage to HP and remove 19 PA. The enemy will be left with 21 PA, 0 MA and 31 HP.
I sincerily hope you will reconsider making this a priority :)
It's possible Windego was missed, however. I'm only aware the issue was fixed with Fire Slugs.

You flatter me! As for your question, you may wish to take my answer with a pinch of salt, but both are equally "balanced" since the AI gains similar benefits. It's up to you whether you feel physical and magical based attackers should have the same weight on armour or if you should need to work a bit harder to make hybrid parties work with 50% damage duplication.
I personally fall under the former category, but it's up to player preference. If you can't decide, I recommend trying out 100% first alongside the 30% armor bloat mod.
