Accidentally repainting over an entire station and not being able to color specific blocks like conveyor's and whatnot are my problem rather than color changing.
This would be a really good feature if possible.
Targeter has the wrong colour to what I give it.
Bought a ship from a trading station, attempted to repaint the blue to something else. Yet only a few blocks got recolored. See: https://imgur.com/a/1ofqJea
Targeter on the left, replacer on the right.
Maybe it has something to do the way SE handles the color managment, because I sometimes recognized a slightly change in the colours during building.
You can see it by taking a look at the arrmor edges. sometimes edges are present were they should not be present, which leads me to the conclusion, that SE has slightly differrent color values then those I chose in the palette menu.
And THIS is prrobably the reason why this mod cannot recognize ALL of the blocks, because the color is slightly a little tiny bit different.
Maybe a precision problem in the programming of SE?
I'd love to have something like this that can convert all armor blocks from Light to Heavy, or vice versa
