Hmm. I believe I know the glitch you're talking about (where a character just slides around with their arms straight out?), but I haven't seen it happen with these characters.

Does it happen constantly when you're using these characters?
I ask because one thing that will cause this is having active bits from different character mods running in the background, even when disabled (or servers having their own custom characters conflicting with yours)

Try disabling all other character mods, restarting L4D2, opening the Mods menu and allowing it to load, then playing. Hopefully that should fix it (L4D2 needs a full restart anytime you enable/disable mods, otherwise parts of the the mods will still be running)

If that doesn't work, please let me know and I'll try and look into it. Unfortunately, in such a case, I'm not really sure what I could do to fix it. My Source knowledge is pretty much limited to texturing and VMT work.
