Ok I have several Elven lords mods so maybe she's from yours instead of the other High Elven Lords and Ladies mod lol. I'll be waiting for this mod in IE.

By the way, may I ask which Everchild you mean, Aliathra?
I ask because I also created a mod with her as character and I'm curious if there is an other one out there....

Hi I've been enjoying your mod so far and am planning to raise an Avelorn themed army with the Everchild from another mod. However I think the Gryphon Riders are a little bit too OP. Knights of Tor Gavel with 4 Gryphons are already Doomstack worthy. And this unit from your mod has... 10 Gryphons? With 18k hp...? IMO nerfing it down to 4 Gryphons as well could be more balanced.

Not for the wh2 version, but for the wh3 version I plan to change the bow maids to the guard of the ever queen since the sisters of avelorn are added in the past by CA.

EDIT: From my side there is nothing I can do asided to create "new" models and textures by renaming the vanilla ones and re-use them. That does solve the problem, for my mod but not for these that also uses vanilla assets.
If the author of the other mod creates his own models which is basically not a thing at all you will be able to play with both mods at the same time.

Yep that's the mod that causes it. The author edited the vanilla models, better said he darkens the head/face of the sisters of avelorn but instead to save them as new textures and models he overwrites the vanilla ones, which leads to this problem.
I will post a commend at the linked mod page to inform the author what's going on.

after disabled this mod your units appear in correct colours.
So I think that there's no way to play both mods, un less, as you said, one of them use "custom models/textures and leaving the vanilla ones untouched", but this means, I guess, a lot of work.
I will keep your mod because in this moment I'm playing with High Elves but I'll give it a try to ask to the other modder to change his mod (If it is possible of course).

Well if I get your point right, you think that my mod (or other mods) works independent from the games base data/models?
If that is your meaning I have to say that you are wrong.
As side from the shields I use only vanilla models and textures for my mod - that means that every mod that alters the vanilla textures/models will effect my units aswell.
Obviously I don't know your used unit mods but as long as all of them don't touch the vanilla models/textures all of them are compatible with each other aswell as if they add custom models/textures and leaving the vanilla ones untouched.

The five mods you posted in your comment from the 28th of november all refers and edit the vanilla models.
You are right the problem is some incompatibility but to figure out what exactly causes the problem you have to finf out which mod causes it - simply deactivate all mods, test only my one. After that activate your other mods one by one.

I did it but the problem is not solved.
Excuse me if I'm a little boring, but, in my opinion the problem is not in a conflict with a graphical mode, because when you crete a mod that adds additional units your units don't depend on the common data used for the standard units.
I have different mods that adds me many many units in the game and I don't have any problem because each one follows their path.
On the contrary, if try to use at the same moment these mods, for example, they don't work :

because they overlap each other because they work on the same units.

Since I tested my mod with inquisitor's mods please try to deactivate "Female High Elves collection by @Real" and look if it works.

Small fix to what I posted few minutes ago : only the Spearmaids of Avelorn and the Glaivesisters of Avelorn don't have the problem, all other units have the same problem: completely and correctly colored, except face and hair.

Your mod is about units that have nothing in common with other units.
If it was a graphical mod then your question was right, because when graphical mods overlap, they conflict with each other, but in your case your units follow their graphics that you set them.
For example I have several graphical mods that change the look of the standard units, but the special units created by other mods that I have installed, are not affected by these changes.
In any case, the unit, graphically, is almost all colored, there is only the head and hair that are in gray, I find it strange, all other units you have created are ok, so I struggle to think about a "conflict".
However I have installed mods like this: Beautiful Handmaidens, Beautiful princess, etc. other mods add units, so they don't interfere with your mod.

I have a problem with Princessess of Avelorn (mounted melee cavalry) : the face and the hairs of the maiden are coloured all of grey, there are no colours...why ?

These are a tad OP, though the recruitment cost and upkeep justifies it to some extent. For instance, phoenix guard are supposed to be the most unyielding infantry unit in the high elf roster, and yet their morale is about 20 per cent lower than the morale of any of these units. I felt that I had to reduce some of the combat stats as well as the recruitment cost and upkeep. I also increased the bowmaid unit size to 80 so that it matches the size of the sisters of avelorn unit, which ought to be the more elite female archer unit and therefore it wouldn't make sense that it's also the larger unit.

Dragon princesses not recruitable from the third-tier non-Avelorn hunters building. Appears to be a typo in dragonguard_data in building_units_allowed_tables; there are two keys for dragon chevalress to be recruitable from the third tier hunters, but no key for the dragon princesses to be recruitable.

In theory this mod is compatible with everything. But I can't give you any info when I don't know which mod you mean, so a link or the mod name would be helpful...
On the other side you can test it for yourself: if you actiavte both mods, does the game start? If yes, does both mods do something in the campaign? If it don't work then you will recognise it by youself ;)

Looking at it in deep i gave it a past i stick to the china one less Problem .i hope warhammer 3 do not have the same laid out was wh2 has . .I hope u update this Mod it the best on here .it take me 2 days to get a 7 slot to work this game a pain .

It disnot work at all ...At right now i going to switch it back to a pack file to boot it up as i ama China Pack Maker an i made heaps for china as Mod go out of date so fast this mod is the only mod i ever use on this game ...As it disn't work as it out of date i change it back to a pack file ...10 STARS for this Mod Best ever ...
