It's possible it got corrupted for you, or another mod is causing errors. You can type in the command:
snd_rebuildaudiocache
And that should get rid of them hopefully.

The sound pack is GREAT, but some of the sounds, for example, M4 or pump shotgun sounds, are pretty deafening. Some normallizing would work fine. Other than that, as I said, a great sound pack.
