Same comment as for the Pizza dye, doesn't match all flairs for Hat Kid's hat, which is a shame since I usually wear Hat Kid's Completionist Hat :/

How do you use this? It shows up on my Mod menu in-game, but I don't see it in the dye menu.

it's just a regular dye! dyes actually have support for image patterns, but not a lot of people have used that feature.

Paint job stereotypes: the hat kid dye

Not saying it's a bad mod, but it looks like a paint job stereotype (mainly a motorcycle, or maybe in hat kid's case, a scooter), anyways, not a bad mod! (Hat kid a motorcycle confirmed!?)
