I understand now. This happens because of conflict with other addons, for example, custom survivors, weapons or any other addon that changes the first person's view. If you use some custom workshop survivor or some weapon that conflicts with this addon you may not be able to use those arms, for this you need to set the priority of loading addons. Just follow the guide in the fixed topic that will not have problems, however in its page of addons they will always appear as conflict (name written in red).

The materials are in a different package. When you subscribe you will have two different required options "Default Textures Support" or "Custom Paint Support", subscribe for one and it will work perfectly.
