Yes, after some game updates the internal code and textures may conflict with new content, which usually means they need to be re-linked again.
I do have a huge update in the works but it's not ready for release just yet because it needs to be balanced, and I too see the potential Spirits of the Isle has, and that is why I decided to make content like this, because there wasnt anything similar on the market yet.

There's still a lot of content coming in the future.
Reason there's no development or updates at this moment is because of life ;)
When I do play a game it currently is not ARK, but when I get back to it my modders heart always warms up again and then I will continue.

Making a mod like that does require quite a bit of work, I'm not sure if you're familiar with the modding world and how much work it is, but if I were to make such a thing it would probably be used for a day or two before nobody else uses it anymore.
Being a god is only fun for so long before it gets boring and repetitive.
It's totally possible, but quite random don't you think ;)
We are trying to play a primitive version of the game where any item made from a Fabricator or Tek aren't available... Just primitive items... Some of the dino inventory drops are giving users rocket launchers or sniper rifles etc... and I'd like to change that.
Is there any way to get a list of all the DinoDropInventories used with this mod, and what items are available in them? That way, I can decide if I need to override any of them with a custom loot table.

Currently I am working on the adventurer update and the pets will most likely work similar to a chibi next update.

I tried the top one and don't notice a change at .5.
To me it sounds like a compatibility issue the admins gotta double check.
They really need to go back to the point when it started happening, if nothing works as intended then Im affraid the admins gotta check each mod, one by one, removing one, checking and all that, untill its fixed and working as intended, make sure they are not using 2 core mods for example because they will get into conflict with eachother.

Thanks for the reply, I'll tell this to the admin team on the server. Seems odd. Must be another mod messing with others. I've also noticed loot whisps don't spawn as often as lost graves anymore, not sure if it's in the game.ini files or not but they used to around every now and then. Seems logical that everything disappeared to a restart as you said, mod unload and reload, although I wonder what could be messing with the engram list, all of the engrams are jumbled up, especially the items above lvl 105, some modded items are now on lvl 999 for some reason. Do you know why this could happen?

So I have been using Spirits of the Isle on my own server, play it every day and no issues or disappearing items, to me it sounds like either the loading order of the server you play has changed, or any other specivic mod is bumping into it, but most common issues for disappearing items and structures is a unload and reload of any mod, maybe when the server owner did a restart and not updated the game.ini with the correct loading order its possible for stuff like this to happen.
Long story short, no problems on Spirits of the Isle's end but try to find what changed before problems started to show and make sure Spirits of the Isle is quite high up there in the loading order.

I play on an unofficial server called GXD Adventures. I love the server, and one of the best things about it is your mod. It's truly magnificent. Despite all of the great things about it, I would like to say that we have been having glitches with it lately, from workstations disappearing and all items related to it missing. Just gone from all chests. It's still in the engram list though. I am not sure about this, but it might be messing with other mods too, some mod related structures cannot be placed, not sure if this is Spirits of the Isle that is causing it though. I hope you can investigate this issue.

Spirits of the Isle has been through a lot of tests with different maps being:
- The Island
- The Center
- Scorched Earth
- Ragnarok
- Valguero
- Extinction
- Aberration
On these maps it works perfectly fine, I have implemented all spawns in the mod.
And I also know Crystal Isle has most of the SpawnEntries used on the maps shown above.
So I am sure you can play just fine on there, the Volcano however I have not tried yet.
If the Volcano has the spawnpoints like Graaslands, mountains, beach and the other most commonspawnpoints then you should be good, but let met know if possible.

Thanks for the Quick response! I will be testing on S.P. then on my server both using the Hope mod map.
I have done testing on all the well known maps as:
- Valguero
- Ragnarok
- Scorched Earth
- The Center
- The Island
- Aberration
- Extinction
These work just fine, all the creatures have these spawns implemented and aslong the map you are using use the same spawns, then I see no reason why it wont work.
Other maps I know that work are: Thieves and Crystal Isles
I think that would cover all of the most used maps.

Yes, this was something un-avoidable sadly.
With this latest update that added a large amount of new and exciting content there have also been some reorganisation with some of the core files where items are located.
This change in core files did affect the Workbenches and was a one time things.
Since theres no need to touch those core file locations anymore, this wont happen to any future updates.
And for the items inside the bench Id suggest to use the Admin sheet on the discussion page to help you and others get back that what you have lost.
Other than that I hope I was able to inform you a little bit on why and how it happened and I appreciate you for using the mod.
The Workstation engram, that must be the an outdated files or not updated server, I use the mod myself too and all works just fine.

It really depends.
If you remove or disable the mod they obviously lose their stuff.
But Spirits of the Isle has a lot of stuff making it a lot harder to use as event.
Its made to be a mod you use for a long time and the achievements and higher tiered items are really time consuming to gather.
It either has to be a really long lasting event or people simply wont reach their goals.
