Something broke! Oops!

Oh nope. Another config mod was interfering with this. Its working with no problems now.

this hasnt been updated since 2020 so no wonder why something broke

Only recently now when I go to the Configure Menu for this mod it says "Something Broke" and the option that 's supposed to let you change expression just says "Oops" and does nothing. I've tried reinstalling the mod and its not working with both Hat Kid and Bow Kid.

the only thing that this mod didn't do good is that there is no faster way to change your expression and if your one of the people who care about emotes yeah that's a problem but hey who care but allergic to deathwish and gokaisanyu

Um using smug dance makes facial expression set to default automatically

So I installed it and now Hat Kid won't emote normally at all. When I uninstalled it, Hat Kid's stull stuck on the default expression. Help??

this is a really nice mod, but the closed eyes expression doesn't work. is there a chance that it'll be fixed?

you can now select any expression in the game, including everyone's favorite smug! sorry for the delay, I had to redesign the interface a bit to make this possible without overflowing the dropdown in mod config.

It seems as though the perma-smug badge is no longer available, so could you possibly add the smug face to this mod? Pls and than you

Unfortunately it crashes when I use it on any stages since the update. Not sure if there is an update for this yet, but if there isn't, I really hope there will be! I use it for the Shadow Puppet skin. It's way cuter to see her grinning the whole time.

can you please add a smug face into the selection menu the face choice will be called "Smug"

Hey, I have an important question, maybe not so important but,

There are new facial expressions for Hat Kid ever since the new DLC that came last week, I was wondering if this mod will be updated so that the new facial expressions can be accessed.

Any response will be appreciated.

Well... there's already a "Perma-Smug Badge" mod so Argle probably didn't see a reason to add a Smug option in.

Quick note for anybody using this, Yes, the UI finally got fixed thanks to the last update, but if you switch between multiple expressions within a short span of time (Meaning, you change an expression, unpause, then quickly pause and change expressions again), there's a chance it might crash the game.

It works now! Their last update seems to have taken care of that issue.
You should see about submitting this as a Curated item, it's one of the few mods I find necessary, I really enjoy being able to have this small bit of customization. Especially when I'm doing Snatcher contracts and I'm absolutely furious and want Hat Kid to reflect this.
Oh, and of course, a smug option would be absolutely stellar, but it's already good enough as it is.

sometimes when i try to configurate the expression in the config menu "in game" is not showing is only on the main menu in game the mod menu covers it

just wanted to mention that the config menu works correctly on the title screen ONLY. this applies for every other config menu mod

Yeah,it seems most mods aswell as the editor are unstable at the moment,until then,guess theres all the time to play the new content!

No,you have to manually choose then close the menu to see what the expression looks like sadly.

When I use this (and the costume select) the mod menu is in front of the config. I can navigate and use it, but I can't see what I'm doing.
