It was not tested. But since I only can change the multiplier coefficient of vanilla monsters, even it works with FU, it will not multiply the new FU monsters.

Yes, it multiplier all monsters include all rare monsters and all creatures.
I am not sure but many not. I directly edited the numeric spawn rate. Thus if other mod did that too, then maybe they will not stack. Thank you very much. Thank you all
