I mean, it does affect the in-game as well, it just doesn't have any photos of it on the mod page. So technically false?

I know this is a stupid nitpick, but "H.U.D." means "Heads Up Display" AKA the in-game interface. The main menu isn't a Hud. Sorry if I'm being annoying.

Final update released! The mod was outdated and didn't exactly look the best so I added some much needed sprite work skill onto the mod to give it a cleaner look. Thanks for the support on the mod.

*Some bad unnoticed news* My pc crashed and I must have thought I saved the photo. I will have to redo all the colors for the Eye_Sakk's Character Portraits Mod. I am terribly sorry. This however was something I could not control and I will try to fix this issue. Thank you.

Brand new update released fixing some things! Adding new sprites! With the help of delirium completion mark it is even eaiser to see what you have beaten!

Maybe you could change the item "Glaucoma" next, it is just a copy version of "Cain's Other Eye"
