The shape is captured well (I'm assuming because it was traced from reference images), but the materials overall could really use some work. I get that you were trying to mymic the tf2 visual style/aesthetic, however, it seems you'd have to try a bit harder to achieve that goal. The smoothness of the entire model and the way textures are placed not only don't fit in with the tf2 visual style, but also don't capture the whole "battleaxe feel" of the weapon.
