@Dr.Hydra60 She IS in Nightmare House 2. Yes, especially in the original. According to creators "Mxthe" of Underhell and "Hen" of NH2, it "was a coincidence" that the model was used in both of the mods. This model is seen often in Underhell - though Mxthe also has another model of "her" in Underhell that looks similiar to it.

when i unsubscribed it, the model that served for the reskinned was all f***ed up, i mean there was just hair and eyes and it was all laggy, any solution
