how solution mat_disable_bloom 1??¿
wat
p.s I just don't want to have to download them every time I log in, you know.
(this mod also enables anime shaders on every models)
It does disable all the anoying effects (vigneting, wierd blur/fogy vision that u have 24/7, HDR, bloom).
It also does keep Bump maping active, additionaly shadows and guns smoke! Realy nice!
I don't understand why Valve did not made the graphic options menu like in other Valve games where you can enable/disabled HDR/Bloom yourself easily.
I opted for the non workshop version to speed up starting time of L4D2.
Thanks for your addon sir.
I noticed if i turn shader option to max some wierd foggy stuff appear and make the view hard, it's like some bloom effect. Sadly if i turn the shader to medium everything is perfect except it disable also bump maping from what i can tell, it also disable some shadows... Can your addon just disable the anoying stuff and keep all the cool eye candy effects (extra shadows, bump maping, gun smoke etc.)?
did you mean pink fluffy unicorn?
Without going further into detail, I'd like to mention that this gave me an overall performance boost of 20 FPS. Also, it looks better; 'specially on The Passing.
