I have no idea why, but when I subscribe to this mod it just refuses to show up in my mods list. It also does not show up in the mods folder. Would you be able to post a link to the mod files? It just seems like Steam is not properly installing the mod on it's own.

Now wait I get it, my friend explained it, I think you mean without NoQuiters mod which buffs culture and ballences a lot of the game, and he thought 6-8 players no computers right. I definitely take back the offended part now

..I honestly almost feel offended, what do you mean by "Professional multiplayer" when it comes to Civ 5? Where is that located or even distinguished from the rest of multiplayer?

I get Diplomatic being very counterable, but what counters can be done against tourism other than getting more culture to only minnorly slow down it's inevitable timer, or killing the culture Civ itself!?

I mean even if you aren't talking nonsense, Monika has a better chance at culture then anyone in the game, and almost as much as intentionally op civs that are physically unbeatable unless your also op.

I'm talking about professional multiplayer, it's deemed one of the "impossible" victories along with diplomatic because there's just too many ways to counter it effectively.

:/ I don't know what you mean by nearly impossible in multiplayer, almost one of the easiest victory options for my group most of the time. What I was trying to get at is this Monika will get it easier then even intentionally op civs, not actually that far from Gaben maybe.

Nah you're cool lol. Monika might be a bit too good, but I wanted her to be a top-tier civ. A culture victory is nearly impossible in multiplayer and I wanted her to have a chance at it.

Sorry if I'm putting you down or anything. Not trying to at all, just that the first mod we got for doki doki, was infuratingly just a great works mod and the author infuratenly refused to make a full civ or anything more.

And then between you and me, my boyfriend civ modder also is very tired of making mods himself it seems. DX

I will say that the club room, being a public school, given at the start, producing tourism and building up a great writer at near the start of the game, is pretty insane. When in the normal game, you have to get the Parthenon wonder to have the first source of tourism in the game, and only in classical era, or wait even longer to get the writer's guild which normally is the only great writer slots in the game and does not make tourism on the buildings own, and can only build it in one city unlike public schools...
at that rate it would maybe still be troublesome if she didn't have the palace and just this public school to start, would still start influencing anyone before they can get culture buildings and far before they get their own tourism.
Monikan seems fine for now though... hehe

I wanted to make something far more complex, but everytime I had an idea it either couldn't be done or was out of my expertise. The war music being all glitchy kind of represents what you were talking about though.

(Was hoping for somthing more "meta" and on the complexity level of Holo but even trying to recreate that would be insane for most)

I had a UA idea that if she became culture dominate over a NONPLAYER civ, she could full on delete them, remove all their cities, or at least all but their capital(though would be useless against one city civs of course). Till in the end, all there is her and the player.

Another idea, that she seems just fine, friendly, calming, culture turtling Civ, with normal music, dioluge, ect. when you are at peace with her. But when you go to war with her, everything loses it's shit, and units that she kept in her borders, lethal but suicidal Yuri units, Fast and scary neck snaped Natsuki's... and "suicide forests" improvments start being bult... ok maybe all that is a little to... Edgey, but I'm sure the player would hang in there...
