All you gotta do is get the bit rate to 705 mbps. There should be a option in your audio editor that can do that. Or just do a google search on how to do it.

Yo dude. I extracted the files to look at em. You have them at the wrong bit rate. They're suppose to be 705 kbps and you have these audio files set to 1411 kbps

yeah a lot of people on this have been saying that. I'll look into it, but until i do you have to extract the files seperately and replace the originals in the folder. Annoyingly, or try and download the VPK file from L4Dmaps. All i can help with right now unfortunately

the folder /sound/player/tank/voice? It should work then. If not, I don't know I'm afraid, as I've said before, I'm not too good at all this modding business. :(

Ok so i got the files from the VPK. Do i put them in the tank folder in sound?. Because i tried that and still got no difference

War Nerve: If you can extract the VPK file and replace the sounds seperately thats seemed to help a lot of people. Use the L4D maps file if you can't find the VPK and use gcfscape software.
Arndawgydawg: its the M16 not the SMG, and I can't remember unfortunately, I'll get back to you if I do remember though.

Thanks for the advice risenlaster, I'll see what I can do. There are plenty of places where you can get Mr Torgue sounds so I'll try and use some. :)

It could use some more work, but I like it. Change more of the tank sounds to Mr. Tourge and people will definitely like it. God though, I love the moment where his words just keep getting bleeped.
