How about a doom loadout for soldier?
Doomguy's hat
Doomguys armor (team colored)
Doomguys pants and boots (team colored too)
Doom rocket launcher
Doom shotgun
Doom fist
and taunt... (soldier would take his shotgun to his right arm and start waving with it (like in brutal doom)
-Special effect by wearer: Meelee attacks can have "Rip and tear" style (from brutal doom too)

It is based on the doomguys helmet from doom. You cant make it in 60s style since its a perfect copy of the original, It was probably copyright issues, or valve just thought it was not sharp enough. (it does get blocky in some places)

Looks great, reminds me of futuristic science fiction. That might be the issue as to why this wasn't accepted due to being in the far flung space future. While I like it, aiming for the 60s themed view of science fiction might work out better.
