As long as the tables that are modded aren't touched by CA, then it's all good to go! (ie stats, recruitment buildings etc etc)

If you could just slightly brighten up his skin color (to match the other HE lord skin tones) it would be perfect otherwise he indeed looks a bit too much tanned for a high elf as Ash did point this out a couple of posts before me.
It's likely to come. Just a matter of when. I'd need to untangle the mod from other stuff I have in there thats been tacked on. I've been trying to keep my mod manager clutter free, so I compile most of my edits into one or two custom mods.
I've already done something like you suggest, a thematic remake of nearly the entire high elf roster. I just haven't released it yet. Not sure if/when I will either as I've been taking a break from modding and have been playing instead in my free time.
