You can turn him completely into rainbow and make a champion version that will have more health and different attacks but will give you full health when you defeat it.
Honestly, a great idea would be to make a "Dingle collection" mod which will create other Dingles based on different poop types and will appear on different floors.
For example: Radioactive Dingle can appear on the womb, will shoot bloody shots that leave crip behind and can create some small radiation clouds.:repenny::repenny:
