The garage door on the side of the building is showing up as a disconnected road. Could you build some roadway into the asset?

Nice building but I think maintenance cost its wrong...at least for me it shows 19 per week and it says the same in finances pannel.

@Eucalize Legalyptus, I used this DLC special for helipad. I can not say that in the future I will definitely not use this DLS again. And here I could not help using this DLS, because I had an idea to make a fire station with a helicopter pad.

For comfortable working you need 3 DLC.
Natural Disasters for - helipad
Parklife for - fence
Green Cities for - props on the roof

The thing is that I used the decor elements from these additions. This is a fence and ventilation systems.
