@zorich_michael, I've tried to make the table to be resized properly (throug Lua script or using other addons), but I ran into some issues with the collision of the table, I can't make it to be resized (Xs and Os would fall through it). Maybe I'll deal with it later.

And about colors: you can recolor Xs and Os using default Recolor tool in Garry's Mod.

P.S. - I tried to google "triangle board/table for tic-tac-toe", but the only relevant thing that I found is "Peg solitaire" and it is only for one player. If I try to make a connect four game, I will try to write it in a different programming language first (I'm new to Lua, prefer Python or C#).
