Report a translation problem
When I said Conflict, I didn't meant that it would crash the game, it never did to me, juste that some new skill were "over" other new skills.
For example, I had this mod that gave all vampire lords 4 sets of 3 skills about vampire familys (necarchs, von carstein blod dragons and lahmians) and the skill dump was set over the second lahmia skill so lahmi was supposed to have 3 skills as the other familys but had only the lvl 1 and 3 due to the skill dump that was over it (for unknown reason)
Destroyerkeeper // Skill dump is unlocked at level 20 (15 for heros). But I got an idea from your question that it would be not enough threshold for AIs. I think it needs higher level limit to prevent AI from making that stupid decisions.
And heroes are also affected by the mod. (I missed the description about that. Sorry)
I haven't get any experiences of the crash due to this mod. I used few skill-pack mods with this mod, but no malfuctions happend yet.
Though, as you said, you have to pay attention to the confiltions, when using mods which modify unit skills.
You only specify Lords, does it affect also heroes ?
As you mentioned the extra skill mods, aren't the new skills going to conflict with others ? (I had the issu in TWW1 until I found and extra skill dump put in the "blue" categorie)
