Given how the mod is set up, I don't think it'll work on any new settlements created since it came out :/
Only in the most recent two games was this the case
That's just how it is, not the Mods Fault, but CAs incredibly Cost min maxing of Money...
So if an update would clear that up, it would be Greatly appreciated!
But im unsure why he removed the one for the Fortress Gates...if thats so then the Empire Fortress ones need also to be added.
It does not need to be updated.
I agree with the description saying you need some garrison buff to go with it though. I would love if the author could create a variant of this which buffs only the minor settlement garrisons though. The Garrison overhaul mods make sieges an enormous chore when the AI is defending a city with an army and garrison.

- Re-added walls to the High Elf Fortress gates.
- Removed the 'Adds walls to the settlement" effect in UI.
