Ehm, so after I saw your comment, the first thing that I did was deactivate all my other mods, download this version of the mod (since it's been a while), then restart the binding of Isaac and after I choose Maggy and activate yum heart, a red heart drops...
...So idk what to tell you, except try and ask a few questions to help your problem:
- Do you have afterbirth+?
- Did it become broken, or was it broken from the start?
- /What/ exactly doesn't work?
- Did you try to restart BOI:Rebirth with only that mod active?

Even with almost no other mods active, this doesn't work at all, any fix?

So I tried to make a 'Better Isaac's Tears' mod with the animationremoval in mind, but apparently it's hardcoded into the game. Normally canceling the 'Use' animation is really easy, but for some reason not with the Use of Isaac's Tears??? Just wanted to let you know...

Maybe a "Better Isaac's Tear" mod would be great. It would only remove its "animation" of isaac holding it above his head, so you could use it and shoot at the same time.
