If all else fails, keep reinstalling, or disabling other mods.

Anything to mention as well, don't go deleting parts of the anim file, there are important ReplaceTexture lines within it.

The 3 wooden arks in the chariotera model are black for me. Any way to fix this?

There assets for use for modders. So no data is contained, just art assets.

Sorry I don't know much about the modding community in AoM, but are these basicaly non usuable building skins, or can they be built by villagers?

Archery and stable models are nice. The expanded mod is back then. So I can stop working on mine
