Can confirm you can overlay this with the Resident Evil 4 game over screen as well as the Metal Gear Solid 2 game over screen related mods and all 3 will work in tandem!

restart game/verify game files/delete addon cache.
the sound plays because the game is trying to play a sound effect that it can't find anymore.

It made a weird sound when I uninstalled it. It made like a low qual wind sound on death when uninstalled.

I made some sort of mod for a metal gear game and it replaced the death sound with a random anime death sound. There's a %0.1 percent chance that the sound will be: " SHIIIIZAAAAA- "

It's trash.

@PaperHaperShaper Thats strange, Try resubscribing and restarting your game. Also mods that disable the flatline sound effect will make the death sound stop working.

It doesn't seem to work. I checked to see if I have any other death sound mods conflicting with it, but I didn't seem to find any.

@war(io) No it should work without any other addons. But you have to restart your game after installation, and make sure you don't have any other death sound addons, because those will conflict.

@hidden this is a mod with minimal and amature coding involved. to do that game over screen it would require alot more effort, time and knowledge that i dont have

Maybe. Its not that hard to make these, you just need a youtube video converter, a audio file editor (audacity is what i used), and a guide on google.
