@matt and just reading the comments, you also probably need prop anarchy and prop snapping and fine road anarchy, might need decal prop fix (if that's still a thing), who knows. but again, i won't explain "this is how to use a decal or prop" every asset.

@matt no, it's not a mod. it's a decal. I understand people haven't been playing this game as long as others, but it's impossible to put detailed how-to on how to use props and decals in the game. Any prop you subscribe to on the workshop will require "More Beautification" or "Find it" to place in-game, but a creator (especially one that uploads as many assets as me) just cannot place a step by step on general information like that on every page.

It doesn't say that you need the mod 'Find It' to show up as usable. Secondly, I can only drop it on empty grass. I can't drop it on road. The one line description needs to be fleshed out a bit more. The idea is good, but the implementation needs improving. Especially the mod description.
