Just confirmed this to be the case with titles. Juniors can challenge for a Heavy belt but not the other way around so you are safe to change him.

If that's how it works, then I'll change him. I don't usually mess around with titles, but I'm sure I will once Fire Promoter drops.

Isn't it a one way street of Juniors can challenge for Heavy titles but Heavyweights can't challenge for a junior title?
