It's an easteregg that has a 1/3 chance of spawning when you cleanup or load the map. You'll know when it does because you'll see a Gman there

Question: what is that func_breakable wall, and how do i open it. plus what is back there? i get teleported upon entrance...

Oh thanks man! I plan to make a few more in the near future, along with updates to gm_sandybox.
There's a few things I need to fix but haven't had time to, like
Wall trims in L Shaped house
Water damages you when you noclip under the map, even if you aren't near the river
AI Nodes
and a map icon
