Although it may be different intention because it is the translation.

Extract the voice file from the workshop file.
Please overwrite Ellis's sound file.
Then run "snd_rebuildaudiocache" from the console.

Please download "Left 4 Dead 2 Authoring Tools".

It can be downloaded from the "tool" of the steam library.

After finding a voice file
First, open the following file
Steam / steamapps / common / Left 4 Dead 2 / bin ←

next,
To the application called "vpk.exe"
Please overlay the voice file.

Then I think that the file will be expanded.
