Hmm I don't get that effect on the LOD when I zoom out. We must have different mod setups. You are somehow only seeing the main building LOD and not the 3 stub-building LODs.

@AmiPolizeiFunk 1/3rd of the stadium turns black when zoomed. Only one quarter is visible. Same thing happens when we turn it into PO, only quarter of the asset is retained.

Just yesterday i was rebuilding the Baumschulenweg area i was thinking: we should have Ami's Jahn Stadium but without the stadium, and today i search the workshop and find this... You rock! You are my king now :)
