sometimes on playstation I hate this mechanic, I'll be looking at a p.o.s. down scope, and I'll press the spot button and it just won't spot

Also marking a npc should make all allied npcs to focus on them.

Is there a way to make so that friendly NPC's in your squad will attack other NPC's that you spot? Like they do in the HL2 campaign.

Make is so that you can make a list of players you can't spot so you don't spot someone while playing a co-op sandbox map

Well the spottining is kinda buggy, you have to move your crosair exactly to the enemy to spot him. I update the code a bit if you don't mind just for my self.
