its unique. it means you can make it rico yourself if you wish to do so. you have to click on settings button in rico buildings tab, find this (or any other building) and "add local". you can set your own values and pick if you want it to be commetcial, residential, offices etc, then click on "save". done :)

Niestety postanowiłem że prośby o budynki muszą być płatne, bo robienie tych modeli zajmuje
dłuższy moment, w tym czasie mógłbym pracować... Skoro ludzie płacą za DLC, uważam że powinni też zastanawiać się czy nie podzielić się groszem z twórcą dodatków. Niedługo zaczyna mi się magisterka, już nie będę mógł sobie pozwolić na to wszystko nie mając nic spowrotem. Komunizm nie działa :P

@NastyStranger69: Z tym to wiesz nigdy nie wiadomo. Zależnie od LUT, kąta padania światła, cienia, pory dnia, ustawień graficznych, modów graficznych itd. to jest naprawde za każdym razem coś innego. Gra ma powalone shadery i kontrast podbity do samego księżyca, więc myślę że naprawdę ciężko się wstrzelić w dokładnie taki sam odcień, bo każdy w swojej grze zobaczy to zupełnie inaczej.

Moja rada jako warszawiak: Cosmopolitan i Marriott powinny mieć trochę ciemniejszą elewację, okna. Ale i tak szczegółowość teksturek jest świetna :)

@radwilly1: a city is almost 100% costom buildings, all my mods etc, so uploading it would take litterally forever, plus you would have to download my 5k worth of assets and mods...

I think u r pretty fast with new stuff :P and hmm regarding block of flats hmm u r right there is plenty but there is always some but xD - there is plenty of grey commie blocks but now most of blocks in reality are modernized, have some colours plus on workshop there is a lot 4 floors(5levels) but no 10 floors (11 levels) most of them will have 8 floors (9 levels) but that is not that important I guess , colours r ;)
