Hey wait a minute you didn't actually change the link. TF2mods website is dead and anything that links to it is a sketch site. You'll have to like reupload this somewhere, GameBanana is the most convenient site but dropbox is good enough.

Very nice, it sinks up well with the spy's revolver usage and is visually appealing, I would advice Valve to add this A.S.A.P.
