The Id Value issue Still pops up with the new update i am afraid

Welp, looks like a have an excuse to play some more Game Dev Tycoon XD

Also, the ID error was caused by a id value used in the mod conflicting with an in-game id value. I'm not sure if I fixed it or not with this update.

Hey everyone, if you're still subscribed to this. Finally updated it. Sorry lol, I had the update on a USB and completely forgot about everything. For those of you that waited, mad respect.

I got this error if i try to activate the FuturePastExpansion any way to fix it?

I think you should make the arcades end earlier- around the time of the playstation- or at least give it less marketshare, because it's basically an overpowered option for, like, a third of the game. And the game and watch isn't very historically correct, as it's not only not the first handheld, (Mattel auto race,) but it shouldn't be an option as it was a dedicated console, and Nintendo was the only one that made them. Other than that, though, it's a pretty good mod.

Good news, guys! Just got done a major update which carries the console count to 21 new bois. Can't upload right now though because the computer I'm on doesn't have steam installed and since it's public I can't exactly do it.

Might be a bug with a new update to GDT?

I can't find the mod or any mod I downloaded. Please help

I can't see the mod, idk what to do please help, how do I just even see them.

Open the menu in-game and then look for the 'Mod' button. After clicking that, click any mod option you see until they're blue. After the mods are blue, you have to restart the game and then open it again. Then the mod will be enabled.

Does anybody know how to enable the mod to play in game dev tycoon?

Oh yeah I just nerfed that in the recent bug patch.

I'd also like to point out the Game and Watch's market share is retardedly OP after the other early consoles sink. I made 40m from ONE game and watch game

None that would be game crashing or game breaking, it just sorta pops up at the main menu and thats it

It runs fine with the error. It's kind of a low-priority fix because it doesn't seem to affect gameplay. Have you two run into any issues as a result of this? The main thing I want to fix is three research topics seem to be able to be unlocked too early.

Thanks for bringing that to my attention, Nuggz. Up until now it's working even on top of my usual setup with competitors, hit games changing market share and, most importantly, the Camelot Expansion. Nice :D

I feel like a few of the extra Topics could be their own Genres like Survival Horror or FPS/Third Person. Also the discontinuation of arcade machines seems to only be directed towards the US and European Markets since Japan still has a fuckton of arcades.

Anyways besides the same error i got as the guy below me, it seems to run just fine. Havn't found any kinda bugs or anything so far

Don't blame ya for waiting. This is just the first build of the mod compiled in around half a day. Balance patches and more consoles/topics/research are bound to be added in the future. Already have plans for introducing more midgame consoles like the Vena Venus (Sega Saturn.)
