Just verified this still works. It adds a glowing orb around the egg as well as an expanding orb to help you locate it. Works well.

Has this been tested with the latest patch (Crystal Combat Update)? I haven't seen a single egg since then. :(

I'm having trouble figuring out whether this is working. Could I see a screenshot of the effect?

@TetsuTaco ahhh like you pick up the egg but it doesn't get picked and it spawns back? That's more of a problem with their servers or coding or latency issues on their server who knows.

@Novuhz I meant like i'd try to "mine" it but it doesn't get picked up and put in my inventory.
Yep I figured most if it out. It's just hard to get in and out of some lairs so it would have been awesome if I could tell before I walked into the lair. XD

@TetsuTaco it shows the eggs when you are in the lair, like in the big room or whatever. Also what do you mean picked up? Anyways make sure to have VFX quantity set to max and Draw distance as well. Also sometimes it might alert you with a sound, which means a silver or gold egg is close by. Basically the same sounds of my other mod Customized VFX for Shadow-Radiant-Stellar

Also updated for Crystal Combat update :) with beam for crystal gear drops.

Thanks for this awesome mod. Still can't see the egg from the doorway of the lair but it does its job well. I don't know if it's my settings or my computer but sometimes it doesn't get picked up.

@yummymash should work, make sure to close game and trove launcher when you subscribe to mods in steam.

Also in video settings max out vfx quantity and view distance.

Just a coincidence that you didn't crash this time after removing mod. Mod doesn't affect anything related to UI or Models. It's just a VFX that only appears inside caves.

when I remove your mod i can use the hatchery so I must wait the next patch for use it?

@DeamonGolem It's not a bug with my mod, it's a bug with their game since last patch.

all my mods work, i guess this is the first time u are installing mods.

for steam after u hit subscribe make sure you close ur trove and ur glyph launcher. Then try launching game.

when i start up trove it doesnt load the mods so it doesnt work

what does this do

it's optmized tho, right now it has almost 0 impact in performance compared to other vfx in game. Even wings are more heavy in VFX.

my PC is a Potato... so it does affect it @Novuhz

I'll be honest tho, it's kinda impossible for it to slow down your computer, it's pretty light VFX.

@Groobas you can go on Trovesaurus to use old version.

Novuzh there's a way for ... go back to the Simple Circle like some option or something? all those extra effects heavily slows Trove on my Computer

Changes:
Now has a big pulse effect.
Silver Egg has radiant drop sound. (same sound as my drops mod)
Golden Egg has stellar drop sound. (same sound as my drops mod)
