Rate of fire increases as weapon is being fired, max at 30% over stock
Damage decreases as the rate of fire increases
Weapon becomes to hot to operate when at constant fire (dispensers and ammo boxes can not effect cool down)
No random crits
i think this would be a neat concept for a heavy primary, but what do i know this is the first time i have ever come up with weapon stats,go easy on me it isn't twitter :/
