All non-speedrunners should try this as a reminder that RNG is inherently evil. It's safe to assume that game speedrunners are already aware of such.

Random Number Generator. Its the system in the game that tells the item what the stats and quality are going to be when it drops or gets rewarded. So if you get an Ultimate with stats like could pass for a Myth or a Trans that has 300 ups and 500 in each stat, its the RNG at work.
