Several private assets which seem to be all the lounging stuff on the roof. Overall it's like a few potted plants that aren't going to show up at the expense of the loading screen reminding you those things are missing.

A good asset but a good reminder not to lean on too many secondary ones to complete it.

@ X-cited: That is not all that is missing, as it also uses 3 further assets that are listed as private in the workshop - "HVACR#2" "PM bush #02" and "PM cypress 01" so those do not show up either :/

I agree with what the other people said. I was going to sub to your asset, but the list of requirements is way too long. Other people manage excellent assets without all the bloat.

Try to use assets that people will already be subscribed to, such as Ronyx's packs. He has a pack of rooftop assets, for example. A lot of folks, myself included, are going to avoid your stuff because of the huge asset list.

Looks so nice but the prop sizes are bigger than the asset! Yikes. I'm already running over 20GB so I have to hold off unfortunately.

@Sentinel @Streeto you are not required to subscribe to all props. Functionality and overall appearance will not be affected.

I don't like that I have to subcribe to so many props but this building looks so good.

@Attackmusician this is because I used my local prop (hvacr and vegetation packs). Please put it by hand.

I also added all the necessary content to the right side of the page.

Loading screen mod is saying there are missing props and some of them aren't even on the workshop anymore. Love your buildings though!

Outstanding! I really like seeing "generic" USA buildings and I can only imagine how hard these are to do. Making something unique and interesting that at the same time really blends into the "urban fabric." Kudos!
