i think it should give a random effect that is in the current biuld of tf2. the rares effects being kritz/ slowdown for a few seconds maybe something like this( worst effect to best). explode(super rare), slowdown, bleed, mini crits on self, nothing, health per second, random resistance, mini critz, regular kritz for 10 seconds (super rare).

I think it's a chance to make a special feature or something like that.

This would seem weird if it is a sandvich reskin because all you'll eat is a small amount of the thin outer shell. It would seem odd for that to grant the same amount of health as a sandwich or a banana. I think it would best fit the chocolate bar.
I don't want it to have new stats, heavy already has 4 unique edible items.
