The updated version seems to have been published as a different map. Check your workshop. It's a bug that sometimes happens with BEE2 maps.

idk if it has actually updated, it says publishing to workshop and stays on that screen pretty much forever. Seems to have worked though, if the updated description is anything to go by

As pointed out, it's possible to solve the entire map without the lasers. Still fun, I'll give your updated version a try. Thanks for creating.
