There is an easy fix for that, play it as a survival map.

It seems to be unplayable, you can't select it in the holdout menu. It just comes up as a blank bar.
You're probably not gonna fix it though.

To get this to work don't go to campaign and then addon maps you go to survival and do it ;)

Just installed L4d to see if there is anything wrong with the map... You load the map like any other Survival Map.
