Given how rare the Strange PDA is and this item's capability to build Australium buildings, maybe this could be given its own rarity if it gets added, like the Golden Frying Pan.

Really Good but just in case you should be able to choose if you want the buildings Australium or not I would like it australiam but if somebody doesnt like the look of the austrailum buildings they should beable to change it because they may like the PDA but not the buidling looks.

Just my Thoughts :/
