You are not alone with your probl. The texture is correct You may check it in the workshop. I suppose that something went wrong in game engine. I don't have possibility to fix it. But i'm sure that the devs work to solve this probl as soon as possible.

I purchased this skin, the icon doesn't show so it looks like you have a blank space with health bar, if you leave the hatchet in the chest and log off, when you log in it is gone completely :(
