Easy flying fun! Thanks!

Not sure what the purpose of the map is but it's nice looking with non-standard elements. There's nothing to figure out, just let nature take it's course.

They're just a prop_dynamic + trigger_catapult. There's an example instance with the Portal 2 SDK

Not trying to sound like a douche, just double checking <3

@RectorRocks I hate to sound rude but you realize I made the version of this map in the betapack, too, right? :U Your video description attributes it to reepblue, he only made the new textures.

"Copyrighted" map opinion:
This was originally in the betapack. Nothing special.

Thumbs up!
Thanks for mapping! :D
Cheers! :)

Despite not having any puzzle, and have a treacherous trap, your map has a beautiful look. Thumbs up!
I recorded my gameplay (valve DEM file format): Download [dl.dropboxusercontent.com]. Comments inside video.

Turrets highly explosive. Handle with care

Very nice!

awesome recreation
austinzolo 13 May, 2013 @ 6:25pm
Valve kind of used these in the final product. Example: the part in GLaDOS chamber where the panels launch you back and right before "The part where he kills you".
AceHeavenX 12 May, 2013 @ 11:49am
Sooo easy that I could put the cube on the button, without touching it... ^^
bobbybob 11 May, 2013 @ 6:55am
wow

mechahamham, have you watched the portal 2 trailers? This puzzle was in them and you should know the exact solution. These faithplates also were in the trailer.
wildgoosespeeder 9 May, 2013 @ 4:34pm
I just imagined I was playing in the video on YouTube.
Mr Fraggle (UK) 9 May, 2013 @ 3:30am
Very nice.
Reepblue 8 May, 2013 @ 9:11pm
Please note this is more of an "Art map" then an actual puzzle. The goal of this map was more to recreate the look and feel of the faithplate demostration video.
mechahamham 8 May, 2013 @ 6:04pm
Not horrible, but this is pretty much a 'watch it fail once and then succeed' puzzle. I also don't like the changing of the default faith-plate models. There's a reason they're called 'faith plates'. You have to have faith that they're going to put you where you need to be, and if they look different, that goes out the window.

that was amazing please make more.
Gemarakup 6 May, 2013 @ 4:22am
I played this via the betapack, but I don't like the idea of having the trigger activate the cube dropper even though it looks like that in Valve's version.
