Executioner: Loooove it. Not too much of a neft and much more satisfying
Bigger and better: Feels great now.
All skilled up: Perfect
Hothead: Good.
This is shaping up to be an essential mod for DoS2 IMO. Gj baardvaark
Executioner no longer grants Floating, now always gives +1 AP, even on consecutive kills in one turn.
Bigger and Better no longer grants 35% water resistance bonus.
All Skilled Up civil ability bonus reverted to +1.
Perfectionist crit and hit chance bonus reverted to 10%.
Suggestions:
1. Lonewulf - Very OP but probably leave it alone.
2. Slingshot - Could use a buff, add grenade dmg bonus?
3. Torturer - Pretty meh unless you are using penetrating debuffs mod.
4. Comeback kid - Could use a buff, 20% HP is too low IMO, almost always means dead in one more hit.
5. Pet Pal - probably leave this one alone since most people simply use "free pet pal" mod
Bugs:
1. Bigger and better gives +35% water resistance.
2. Sometimes the +1 bigger and better all stat bonus dissapears, fixable using respec mirror.
3. Ice King and Demon both have same description.
4. Frugality says it works with arrows, potions or ressuruction scrolls (does it not work for other scrolls?)
General Feedback:
1. All skilled up is too powerful, +2 combat abilities is irrelevant, +2 civil abilities is gamebreakingly OP. Maybe make it +2/+1 or +3/+1.
2. Hothead doesn't really need a buff, its just rather boring.
3. Executioner change doesn't make sense, why floating? Maybe make it give bonus damage against low HP targets instead?
4. Demon/Iceking - Love these changes.
5. Frugality - Love it, creates an new ambidextrous+frugality combo.
6. Escapist - Love the change.
7. Bigger and better - Love the change.
Surprised at the reaction to All Skilled Up. +2 civil abilities is probably a bit much, I'll concede, but 2 combat ability points still hardly compares to most other talents.
I probably should put the Executioner change into another mod, since every other change is a buff, but Executioner is so damn good its hard to pass it up in vanilla. I think I'm going to give it a different buff, though.
Ambidextrous needs a buff, unless you're using divine talent mod or MGGA mod (make grenades great again)
Comeback kid - Needs buff, Now it's just a 20+% Hp increase.
Elemental ranger - Needs buff IMO
Five-Star Diner - Needs buff unless using the 50 turn food mod.
Lonewolf - Could use a nerf in standalone mod (Not major, like keep everything but remove the AP bonus)
Morning person - Too situational, needs buff IMO, maybe initiative bonus?
Pet Pal - needs stats to make it attractive for combat.
Slingshot - A shit far out man. such a situational talent could use a buff.
Torturer - Pretty weak as DoT's a kinda weak, Could use a buff.
Just spewing out ideas btw, don't neccessarily take everything to heart.
Ice King - Love it.
Leech - Doesn't really fit the name or the theme either IMO. Could just give flat lifesteal or heal on hit.
Frugality - Awesome. Would like as a standalone mod.
Parry master - Awesome. Would like as a standalone mod.
Escapist - Great.
Bigger and Better - Strong. Better than it was. Pretty much replaces Mnemonic entirely.
Executioner - Great change for lonewolf. makes it much worse for 4-man.
All skilled up - Love it for hybrid builds, too strong for normal builds.
Mnemonic - Good buff. Needs an additional effect IMO
Guerilla - Awesome. Would like as a standalone mod.
Unstable - Good buff.
Living armor - Does not need a buff. Not a big deal tho.
Hothead - Does not need a buff. OP
What a rush - Needed buff. 66.6% is a better number IMO
don't need to buff all skilled up.
These 2 i pick up on ALL my characters cause they are already OP.
A bit overpowered in some categories here and there, but this paired with a difficulty mod can make for quite an interesting experience.
Great job here, can't wait to see this in the definitive eddition
