Much appreciated ! As long as you are making roads, could you please add a split avenue 2-3 lanes variation with bus lane with the standard pavement and no crossings? Are you going to add the zig zag lines before crossings as props?

Would love if someone made a collection of houses using this pack... unfortunately I don't have the time needed to build individual houses in game... though I'm sure there are many players who love using these modular packs!
