@Justus et Peccator, there is a way to "physic fix" this mod.
Every tf2 character has a .phy, there is a mod called "better tf2 physics" which makes the ragdoll all floppy but it's easier to use since nothing is sorta stuck.
All you need to do is replace this mod's physics with the better tf2 physics.

NSSR Robo Heart The SUP Dingo Equals Three, I'm afraid I'm not the person who made this mod. However, if you'd like it fixed, you can talk to ConfettiMachetti and Jason278. I'm sure they'd be happy to attempt it. I'm on a horse.

Yes.
Open the context menu, go to bodygroups, and click on hat.
OR if you have the Easy Body Group tool (which is very useful), just use it, and change the hat bodygroup.
