I have restarted Gmod and a shitton of addons - I have also reinstalled it - whenever I tried taking a screenshot it was normal again tho. I had to use Shadowplay Screencap for it. That why there's a picture of S.Castro in the one I sent

Have you tried restarting your Gmod? How many addons do you have? Have you tried reinstalling the addon?
