Is there any additionnal mod to copy/paste or apply a premade blueprints to starbases ? In a way that every modules and buildings would be slotted and built with a single button !
Thanks in advance to any responses
That mod is notorious for incompatibilities since it was uploaded the first time.
thank you, I did this (besides a few empire creation mods because if those are deseleted I have to build them all over again)
However I can see that a level one starbase has six slots and four for buildings so now it's time for the long but satisfying process of finding the trouble making mod.
Nope. They can. Make sure you have the correct load order and no mod conflicts.
Slots are closed
It seems that there is a mod conflict. You can check that doing the following:
1. Start a new game with UI-O and SBX active only with UI-O above SBX.
2. Open the console and type in:
- research_all_technologies
- max_resources
3. Close the console
4. Activate fastest time settings
5. Upgrade the starbases
If the upgrade works you do have a mod conflict.
If it does not work:
- Unsub from SBX
- Close Steam
-Open Steam
- Sub to SBX again and try the steps 1 - 5 from above again.
Stick to the load order:
- NSC
- Shipmods
- Tech mods like ESC
- UI-Overhaul
- UI-Overhaul sub-mods and patches
- ! Starbase Extended !
I have a version ready that contains the army tab. Considering to put it online as a patch together with some tweaks to buildtimes.

SBX has to be below (loaded after) NSC otherwise it will not work as NSC overwrites the files SBX needs.
The same is true for UI-Overhaul Dynamic and any mod that contains starbase-ui elements.
Load order has to be:
- NSC
- UI-O
- ! Starbase Extended !
Stick to the load order and you won’t have any problem. I know that the NSC guys preach that SBX is not compatible but check that yourself. I’m running both for years and don’t have any problem.
You're a big champ!
